Rentavoq vs RENTALL

An established multi-vertical platform behind a quote-only sales gate. Below: real pricing on both sides, a ten-row table, and a section on what RENTALL does well.

The short version

Both of these can be the right answer. Here’s the split.

RENTALL has real history — 160 Capterra reviews and verticals Rentavoq does not serve. But you cannot see its price without a sales call, its GPS lives in someone else’s portal, and its own reviews flag support waits measured in weeks. Rentavoq is the opposite posture: public flat pricing, a trial you start yourself, telematics and claims bundled in the same app.

Pick RENTALL if…
  • You rent boats, RVs, machinery, or buses alongside cars and need one multi-vertical system
  • A sales-assisted evaluation with a demo suits how your company buys
  • You have 10+ vehicles and time to negotiate a quote
  • An established 160-review track record outweighs pricing transparency for you
Pick Rentavoq if…
  • You want to see the price, start the trial, and be running today — no sales call
  • You want GPS in the same app as the booking, not a separate Zubie portal
  • You want inspections, claims, and e-sign bundled, not sold as add-on modules
  • Support responsiveness is a deal-breaker, not a nice-to-have

Disclosure: we build Rentavoq. Verify every claim on this page yourself — both directions.

RENTALL — real strengths
  • A mature, established base: 4.4/5 across roughly 160 Capterra reviews
  • Broad vertical coverage — cars, RVs, boats, motorcycles, EVs, heavy machinery, buses, planes, dealership loaners
  • A clean 4-step embedded reservation funnel with real-time availability sync
  • RENTALL Payments plus PayPal and Authorize.net, QuickBooks Online, and Twilio SMS
  • A free staff check-in/check-out mobile app
RENTALL — verified gaps
  • No public pricing — quote-only, sales-gated, with a 10-vehicle soft minimum
  • No built-in GPS — telematics is outsourced to Zubie in a separate portal, reading odometer and fuel only; keyless is "currently not supported"
  • Support is the loudest complaint: reviews cite weeks-to-months response times and a $5,000 website that was never delivered
  • Damage capture, e-sign, telematics, and car-sharing are fragmented paid add-ons
  • Only two OTA integrations; a dated WordPress marketing stack; billing complaints about unexpected processor fees

The price of a quote

RENTALL will not tell you what it costs until you book a demo, sit through it, and receive a quote shaped by your fleet size, region, and location count — with a soft 10-vehicle minimum below which they may not take you at all.

Rentavoq’s pricing is this sentence: $99, $249, or $499 a month by fleet bracket, $0 setup, 14-day trial, no card, cancel anytime. If a vendor will not print its price, budget time for negotiation and assume the number moves. Ours does not.

Add-ons vs included

On RENTALL, the protective layer is sold in pieces: damage image and video capture, e-signature, telematics, and car-sharing are separate paid modules. GPS itself runs in Zubie’s portal — a second login that reads odometer and fuel, not a live map inside your rental workflow. Keyless is, in their words, currently not supported.

Rentavoq bundles the protection because it is the point of the product: enforced verification, inspections, claims with deposit capture, and e-sign ship in every plan, and Bouncie GPS flows into the same screen as the booking. (Keyless is on our roadmap too — we will not pretend otherwise.)

Support complaints are data too

RENTALL’s 4.4/5 across ~160 Capterra reviews is genuine maturity. Read the recent ones, though: response times of weeks to months, "horrible service," and one customer’s $5,000 website that never shipped. Reviewers say quality slid after the company changed hands.

Rentavoq is a small operation and we will not fake a call center. What you get instead is direct: the person who answers is the person who built it and runs his own fleet on it. For some buyers that is a risk; for operators tired of ticket queues, it is the feature.

What RENTALL does well

RENTALL has breadth Rentavoq does not attempt: eleven vehicle verticals from RVs to planes, an established review base of about 160 on Capterra, a clean embedded reservation funnel with real-time availability, and a free staff check-in app that is a smart acquisition hook. QuickBooks and Twilio integrations are wired in.

A multi-vertical operator with negotiating time and an established fleet may land a fair deal. Just price the add-ons, ask about support response times in writing, and ask what happens when a verification check fails — then compare.

Compare the failure case, not the demo.
